CNC Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, or grinding. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machine or products
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of G-code programming preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Good problem-solving skills
