Registered Nurse - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and supporting the healthcare team in delivering efficient and effective services. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Perform various medical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Ufa or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting
- Fluent English language skills (Russian language skills are preferred)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
