Team Lead in Jerusalem (Egyptian)


We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Jerusalem. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including setting performance goals and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of the team by overseeing workflow, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, quality of work, and overall performance.
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional teamwork and achieve company goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role or managing a team.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
