Team Lead - English Speaking (Part-Time)
Location: Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic and diverse team in Jerusalem. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of English-speaking professionals, including students, Indians, and Kenyans. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of English-speaking professionals, including students, Indians, and Kenyans
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality work and productivity
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (native level preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from different backgrounds
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
