Team Lead - Indian English Speaking (Jerusalem)


We are a growing company in Jerusalem and we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Indian employees who are fluent in English. Your main role will be to oversee the daily operations of the team, ensure productivity and quality standards are met, and provide guidance and support to team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving success within a diverse team. The salary for this position is 1600$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the team
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and increase productivity
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Fluent in English (Indian accent preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams towards achieving goals
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday. The work schedule may vary depending on business needs. This position does not include accommodation, but free visa sponsorship and travel ticket will be provided.
