Job Title: Construction Manager - Medina


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Medina. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final handover
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
