We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our luxury resort in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort's culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the expectations of our guests and adhere to our high standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee food purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and catering services
- Continuously monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to menus and operations as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation trends
- Proven track record of managing food costs while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Eligibility to work in Bulgaria without sponsorship is preferred
