Construction Site Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify any potential issues or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets and take proactive measures to mitigate them
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation
- Participate in regular meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss project details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Candidates from India preferred)
