Entry Level Barista in Plovdiv, Bulgaria


We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Entry Level Barista to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks to our customers in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and answering any questions they may have
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Upsell products to customers by recommending additional items or specials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
