Fitter Technician

As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Assemble machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Install machinery according to layout plans
- Test machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
