Experienced Handyman in Las Vegas

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing fixtures, changing light bulbs, and fixing minor electrical issues.
- Perform general carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing doors and windows, and installing drywall.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are readily available.
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or in a team.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of current building codes and regulations.
