Handyman - Part Time with Accommodation

We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations. This role is part-time and includes accommodation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair or replace damaged items such as furniture, appliances, and fixtures
- Install new features or equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work
- Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
