Warehouse Operations Coordinator

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Lom. Your main duties will include overseeing inventory levels, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

To excel in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience in warehouse management and be familiar with inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with suppliers, customers, and your team on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Train and manage a team of warehouse workers
- Monitor productivity levels and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Implement efficient processes to streamline operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse management
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Salary: $1400 per month.
Location: Lom.
Preference: Indian national or English-speaking individual.
