Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Bayan. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute each project.

Your duties will include coordinating and supervising construction workers, scheduling tasks and resources, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills. You must also have a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations in Bayan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to effectively collaborate with various teams involved in the projects.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. It is open to both Pakistani and Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position but part-time opportunities may also be available for those looking for flexible working hours.
