Construction Manager for Malayalees in Bayan, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee quality control procedures and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with project owners and provide updates on progress
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams including contractors, engineers, architects, etc.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to construction projects in Bayan preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
