We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto, Portugal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Must be fluent in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1300 per month.

This role is based in Porto, Portugal. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
