Head Chef - Pakistani Cuisine


We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our team in Remish, creating delicious and authentic Pakistani cuisine. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an innovative and authentic Pakistani menu, using high-quality ingredients
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation meets our standards
- Manage inventory levels and orders to control food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring Pakistani cuisine

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
