As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to our menu and customer preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink by following recipes and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Follow food safety standards when handling food items
- Collaborate with team members to create new drink ideas or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate or degree in hospitality or related field
- Knowledge of latte art techniques
- Previous experience with cash handling and POS systems

Salary: $1600 per month (with potential for bonuses)
Accommodation: Provided (shared apartment)
Nationality preference: Indian (but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply)
English requirement: Basic proficiency (ability to communicate with customers and team members)
Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Experience requirement: At least 1 year of barista experience or similar role
Training: On-the-job training provided for specific menu items and techniques.
