Office Manager
We are currently hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical employees
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate any issues to HR when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$, with accommodation provided. This is an urgent position so immediate availability is preferred.
