Waiter/Waitress

A well-established restaurant in Manama is seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ensure tables are cleared and sanitized in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell additional products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and any changes to the menu
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, plus tips.

Location:
The position is located in Manama, Bahrain.

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who are students looking for part-time work.
