Indian Restaurant Manager in Atlanta
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of service and productivity
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that reflect authentic Indian cuisine
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistent standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or related field preferred
