Database Administrator


The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our company's databases. This role requires a highly organized individual with a deep understanding of database systems and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in database administration, data management, and data security.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain databases
- Monitor database performance and make necessary improvements
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions
- Ensure data security and integrity
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Optimize query performance
- Collaborate with application developers to design efficient database structures
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, patches, etc.
- Provide technical support to end-users

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of SQL language
- Experience with database design principles
- Understanding of data security practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle or MySQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Izhevsk
