Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Create accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and project timelines
- Oversee the work of junior architects and interns on projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Vilnius
