Senior Architect

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be involved in client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the design and construction process, from initial concept development to final completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Keep updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an architect with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve complex design challenges
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Vilnius (accommodation provided)
