Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine


We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Washington, USA. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and creating new dishes while maintaining authenticity and quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pakistani cuisine and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per week. English language proficiency is not required for this job opportunity. Accommodation will not be provided. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
- Create new dishes and regularly update the menu with authentic Pakistani dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional cooking methods, spices, and ingredients used in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of creating innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA (foreigners are welcome)
