Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef with a specialization in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Washington. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional and modern Indian dishes that will delight our guests. You will also be expected to manage the kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design menus that showcase authentic and innovative Indian dishes
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new ideas for menu items or special promotions

Requirements:
- Extensive experience working as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cuisine, including regional variations
- Proven ability to create unique dishes while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory levels effectively
- Biometric passport preferred (for international travel)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. The selected candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. This position is open to English-speaking individuals of any nationality who have a passion for Indian cuisine. Part-time positions may also be available for students or individuals without prior experience in the field.
