Our company is hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Horsens. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise through online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through online channels including live chat, email, and social media.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with any issues or concerns they may have.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms such as live chat, email, social media, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Horsens but remote work options may be available for the right candidate.
