Hotel Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Doha. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all departments of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to guests at all times
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Maintain a strong working relationship with suppliers and vendors
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
