Waiter for a Restaurant in Khasab, Oman


We are a popular restaurant in Khasab, Oman seeking an experienced and professional Waiter to join our team. Our ideal candidate would be a Malayalee or foreigner with excellent communication skills and previous experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers at their tables
- Present menu and take orders from customers
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up tables for each shift

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant setting
- Fluent in English, Malayalam language skills are an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
