Experienced Waiter - Khasab, Oman


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. You should have exceptional communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer free visa and ticket for non-Omani nationals. English fluency is required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, present menus, and take food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Cooperate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly
- Handle any customer complaints professionally
- Follow all safety procedures according to company standards
