Architecture Manager - Clairvaux, Egypt

We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, Egypt. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and designs.
- Review project proposals and provide recommendations on feasibility, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
- Communicate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs during construction.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and techniques to continuously improve design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Salary: $1800 per month
Location: Clairvaux, Egypt
