Facade Specialist



The Facade Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality installation and maintenance of building facades in the city of Utena. This role requires a highly skilled individual with experience in facade installation, repair, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation provided. Pakistani nationals are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to design specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing facades
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials used in facade construction

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation, repair, or maintenance
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to facade work
- Strong understanding of design blueprints and plans
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid visa or ability to obtain own visa for working in Utena
