The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in concrete work and experience as a concrete finisher. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing and smoothing freshly poured concrete surfaces, including sidewalks, roads, and building floors. This requires knowledge of concrete materials and techniques, the ability to read blueprints, and experience using various hand tools and power equipment. The ideal candidate should also have excellent attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

You will be working with a team of skilled laborers to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards. You must also be able to follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site. This position may require long hours, overtime work, and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities:
- Set up forms or molds according to blueprints or written instructions
- Pour concrete into forms using wheelbarrows or buckets
- Smooth out surfaces using trowels or screeds
- Level concrete with hand tools or power equipment
- Apply finishing touches such as coloring or sealing concrete surfaces
- Use edging tools to create desired shapes or patterns
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety guidelines at all times on the job site
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Knowledge of different types of concrete materials
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience using hand tools such as trowels, edgers, etc.
- Familiarity with power equipment such as power screeds
- Excellent physical strength and stamina
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
