We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Shan, India. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for concrete pours
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete work
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
