Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements and maps of land areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience working with advanced surveying equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze survey data and provide accurate measurements and maps
- Prepare reports and present findings to clients or project managers
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on land development projects
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency with surveying equipment including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month
