Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps and reports
- Communicate with project managers to determine survey needs and requirements
- Prepare survey drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Keep accurate records of survey data and measurements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in CAD software and other land surveying tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
