Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create menus and recipes based on seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements
- Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and budgeting for kitchen supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or menus
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
- Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Lusail, Qatar
