Merchandiser

A reputable retail company in Mecca is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join their team. This role is suitable for men who have a strong understanding of the retail industry and are able to communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify potential sales opportunities
- Create and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotional opportunities
- Develop relationships with key clients and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Train and motivate store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make necessary adjustments to merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or related field
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Salary: $1200 per month (accommodation provided)
