Machine Operator

We are a manufacturing company based in Dubrovnik and we are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various factory machines to ensure efficient production. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate factory machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and manuals
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills, able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

This position is suitable for men without experience. We offer free visa sponsorship, accommodation is not provided. English speaking skills are preferred but not required.
