Personal Trainer



A reputable fitness center in Oslo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our growing team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. In this role, you will also provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Design personalized fitness programs based on clients' individual goals, abilities, and limitations
- Conduct fitness assessments to track progress and adjust programs as needed
- Lead one-on-one or small group training sessions with clients
- Provide nutritional guidance and education to promote a healthy lifestyle
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and technique for safety
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their full potential
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with them
- Keep up-to-date with latest fitness trends, techniques, and research

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM
- Minimum of 1 year experience in personal training or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, nutrition, and exercise science principles
- Ability to develop effective workout plans for individuals with various needs
- Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
- Fluent in English (Norwegian would be an advantage)
- Must possess a valid biometric passport

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
