Commercial Architect - Greenland



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Greenland. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, suitable for men who have a passion for architecture and commercial design.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and timeline for their commercial project
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is in accordance with plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Expertise in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Proven track record of successful completion of commercial projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial projects in Greenland or other Arctic regions
