Back-End Developer (Entry Level)

As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing efficient code, integrating data storage solutions, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will work closely with our front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for coding.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic for our web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code
- Implement data storage solutions and optimize database queries for maximum performance
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of back-end development principles, including database design, API development, and server-side scripting languages (e.g. Python, Ruby)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Experience working with databases (e.g. MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Odense, Denmark (candidate preference)
