Barber (Malayalee or Kenyan preferred) in Kaunas


We are in need of a skilled Barber to join our team in Kaunas. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation is not provided.

Requirements:
- Must have experience as a Barber, preferably in a busy salon or barbershop environment
- Excellent hair cutting and styling skills, including fades, line-ups, and beard trims
- Knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming needs
- Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; barbering certificate is an asset
- Malayalee or Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
