Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process in our retail stores in Gujrat. Your main duty will be to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. You will also be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers, providing training and guidance on merchandising techniques and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You must also have a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset to come up with innovative ways to display products. Prior experience as a merchandiser or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the merchandising process in retail stores
- Ensure products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner
- Train and guide team members on effective merchandising techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and displays
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and pricing
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a merchandiser or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
