Crane Operator

We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Ufa. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes and will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. The Crane Operator will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance checks on the crane to ensure it is in safe working condition. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment as directed by supervisors
- Perform pre-operational checks on crane equipment and report any issues or concerns
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radio
- Complete necessary paperwork such as logbooks and inspection reports
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment, such as oiling, greasing, and replacing parts as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to crane operation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (overtime may be required)
