CNC Operator


We are a manufacturing company located in Mombasa, seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operating CNC machines and be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. This is an English-speaking job and we welcome applicants of any nationality who are able to obtain their own visa. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operating CNC machines
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Visa/ Accommodation:
As this is an own visa job, the selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining their own visa. We do not provide accommodation, but we can assist with recommendations for housing options in the area.
