CNC Operator
Location: Mombasa, Kenya
Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Kenyan

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to cut, shape and form metal and plastic materials into precise dimensions and shapes. This is a highly skilled position that requires attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and program codes
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy of cuts and shapes
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operations preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and program codes
- Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1700 per month. This is negotiable based on experience.
