Construction Site Supervisor

We are hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our construction site in Doha. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to project managers.
- Manage labor and materials to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities on site.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field.

Salary: 1400$ per month

City: Doha
Nationality: Indian (preferred)
Language: No English required (basic communication skills preferred)

Type of Employment: Part-time (flexible working hours)
Experience: Not required but prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
