Construction Project Manager

We are a leading construction company in Doha, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. Fluency in English is required.

Salary: 1800$ per month

City: Doha

Nationality/Location Preference: Filipinos or foreigners with valid biometric passports.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project finances including cost estimates, budgets, change orders, and invoices
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
- Hire and train staff as needed for specific projects
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity on construction sites

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
