Team Lead (English-Speaking) - Contract Position


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of English-speaking employees, ensuring the successful execution of daily tasks and projects. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners and those without prior work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of English-speaking employees
- Assign tasks and projects to team members
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks and projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on project updates
- Provide training and support to team members as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
